ReCharge is a welcoming and sex-positive safe space designed primarily for men who have sex with men and individuals of trans experience. Our mission is to provide information and support for safer crystal meth use. We offer a range of personalized services, including:

  • Drop-Ins: Join us on Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

  • ReCharge Group: Connect with us on Tuesdays from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

  • Individual Counseling Services: Available Monday through Friday.

Exponents provides comprehensive support services related to crystal meth use, including:

  • Outpatient Medically Supervised Chemical Dependency Program: Our program offers specialized care for those dealing with chemical dependency, including crystal meth.

  • 3rd Way Harm Reduction Initiative: Our harm reduction initiative, the 3rd Way, offers strategies and resources for safer crystal meth use.

Safe Horizon

Streetwork Project: Empowering Youth, Providing Support
 

Streetwork Project is a compassionate harm reduction drop-in center dedicated to serving homeless youth aged 13 to 25. Our comprehensive range of services is designed to address their unique needs:

  • Case Management: Our team offers individualized support, helping youth navigate various challenges.

  • Psychiatry Services: We provide access to psychiatric care, supporting mental health and well-being.

  • Benefits Enrollment: Assistance with accessing benefits to improve the quality of life.

  • Shelter Referrals & Advocacy: Helping youth find safe shelter options and advocating for their rights.

  • Housing Support: Guidance and resources for securing stable housing.

  • Daily Survival Services: Including essential services such as food, showers, laundry facilities, clothing, and hygiene supplies.

  • Harm Reduction: We run a syringe access program, along with an overdose prevention initiative that distributes Naloxone kits, safer sniffing kits, fentanyl test strips, and pipe tips.

We also operate an overnight mobile outreach unit and an emergency shelter designed for youth under 21 years old.
 

Zen Space (Lower East Side): Our Lower East Side location provides a peaceful retreat for moments of respite. It offers a serene environment for relaxation, meditation, reading, and hosts weekly yoga classes.

Intake Hours (Lower East Side Location):

  • Mondays: 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays: 10:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
